Communication & Leadership Training
What is shaping you, your organisation or your team right now? What topics or challenges are you facing? Which strategies are you pursuing?
We have been asking these and other questions for over 30 years, advising those responsible and designing customised agile training programmes as well as personal seminar concepts. We want to find out exactly what you need and find the most suitable solution together with you. This way, you achieve your goals reliably and efficiently.

These days managers must react to increasingly complex and ambivalent challenges. We support you with our seminar programme "New leadership in a changed working world".
The following seminars are waiting for you: Agile leadership structures and styles // Principles of self-organised working // Fluid team organisation // The leadership of the future: self-initiative, attentiveness and flexibility // Dynamics in and around the organisation // Life cycles of self-managed working groups and teams // Virtual leadership and leading from a distance

The ability to deal appropriately with oneself and with employees in complex leadership situations that require a balance between task and relationship orientation is and remains important for the challenges facing managers in the future.
With a tailor-made training program, managers learn about efficient management tools and clarify and strengthen their (self-)concept - we support you in process development or implementation, but also adapt the training to existing processes and use existing resources. This can involve employee discussions, performance appraisals, orientation discussions, feedback methods or other things.
With seminars or programs on teamwork, personality, communication, self-reflection, etc., participants recognize and develop their personality and their individual leadership strengths and know how to get their employees on board even better, when they need to be clear, when cooperation is required, when they should just listen.
We support you in team building or team development measures, moderate workshops or arrange mediation.
We will work with you to look at your special needs and develop a program for them. For example, for leadership in production for shift supervisors and group leaders or for talented individuals and high potentials.
With coaching or case support, we help employees or managers individually, specifically and efficiently.

Each of us has our own repertoire of strengths that support and shape us through our experiences in professional life. They help us to master new challenges. These tools are constantly evolving and can be strengthened through training impulses. Our training courses are tailored precisely to your existing strengths. We get to know you in advance, discuss your situations and see which content will help you move forward.
Current topics and seminar examples are: Understanding crisis mechanisms // Having fun online as a team – yes, really! // Using the virtual space efficiently // Personal agility – reacting quickly and creatively to challenges // Storytelling // “I’ll talk about that now.” Learning and practicing feedback methods // Something always works – training for more flexibility and spontaneity // Moderation training and moderator training // Self and time management // Workplace organization: Goodbye chaos! // Thinking in terms of opportunities – a creative workshop // Professional process management // A pitch and its challenges // Agile intelligence – getting to the bottom of unconscious views. We are happy to design additional topics and seminars on request.
Book a training course as a team and develop together. This is the most efficient way to create real change and support one another.

A training concept that pays for itself quickly and many times over:
Studies show time and time again that problems arise in international projects or assignments, or that these even fail due to poor intercultural communication or actions. The better prepared and supported those involved are, the more successful and smooth the collaboration will be, thus saving a lot of money.
It doesn't matter whether it's a nearby country like Switzerland, France or Spain, or a faraway country like India, China, Japan, South America or the USA. We often fall into the "similarity trap" and think "they're open and friendly, so it works like it does here," which can unfortunately be a fallacy.
Why do these irritations and misunderstandings arise?
This is not only related to the other person's difference, but above all to the way in which we perceive this difference or perhaps do not notice it at all.
With us, participants also learn something about their own cultural background and what this has to do with their perception. They are given strategies and tools to help them appear more confident in intercultural situations and deal constructively with different values.
If the participants then really understand the cultural peculiarities of their contact country through country- or culture-specific seminars, they will be able to confidently master their daily interactions with people of this culture and origin.
If we know and understand the different values, we can avoid intercultural misunderstandings, better tolerate irritations, adapt our behavior to the respective culture and thus interact more successfully.
We adapt the training to the contacts and the type of cooperation of the participants and are happy to train both sides – that is, the counterpart for Germany.
With our network of trainers, we can cover many countries and regions and are happy to find the right trainer for unusual requests.
Combine your intercultural seminar with the booking of an intensive language course to prepare for contact with foreign countries or for deployment. Contact us and we will create an individual support package.

The training takes place either online, at your company or in our seminar rooms. A hotel or a special location can also be booked.
The training, just like the content, is tailored to your needs and your daily work routine. From intensive training, weekly appointments or training sessions on demand, everything is possible - as individual training or in small groups. We will be happy to advise which way is most suitable for your requirements.
We always see training as a process with several impulses over a certain period. The initial conversation is the starting point, followed by the main content in blocks or shorter regular appointments. After this input, we follow up with measures to help sustain and develop the new skills: support to put theory into practice, or in-depth training or practical workshops help implement and anchor as much as possible of the theoretical content - here, too, we will be happy to advise you on the right ways and means for you.
