Leadership between task and relationship orientationThe ability to manage yourself and your employees appropriately in complex leadership situations combining task and relationship orientation is and remains important for the challenges leaders face in the future. Through a customised training programme, managers learn how to use efficient leadership tools and clarify and strengthen their (self-)concept - we support you in developing and introducing processes. We adapt the training to existing processes and use existing resources. The content focuses on staff appraisals, performance appraisals, orientation talks, feedback methods or other topics in your area. With seminars or programmes on teamwork, personality, communication, self-reflection, etc., the participants recognise and develop their personality and individual leadership strengths and know how to get their staff on board even better, when to be clear, when cooperation is needed, or when they should simply listen. We accompany you in team building or team development measures, facilitate workshops or organise mediation. Together, we look at your specific needs and based on this we develop a tailored programme. For example: leadership in production for shift supervisors, for group leaders, or for talents and high potentials. Through coaching or case support, we also offer employees and managers individual, efficient and target driven support.

Intercultural competence and diversityA training concept that pays for itself quickly and many times over: Studies show time and again that problems arise in international projects or during assignments abroad or that they even fail due to unsuccessful intercultural communication or action. The better the participants are prepared and supported, the more successful and smoothly the cooperation will run, thus saving a lot of money. It doesn't matter whether we look at countries close by such as Switzerland, France or Spain, or far-flung places like India, China, Japan, South America or the US. We often fall into the "similarity trap" and think "they are open and friendly, it works just as it does here", which unfortunately can be a misconception. Why do these irritations and misunderstandings occur? It is not only due to the difference of the other person, but mainly rooted in the way we perceive this otherness or perhaps not perceive it at all. During our training, the participants also learn something about their own cultural imprint and how this influences their perception. They are given strategies and tools on how to act more confidently in intercultural situations and how to deal constructively with different values. If the participants then develop an understanding of the cultural peculiarities of their contact country through country- or culture-specific seminars, they will succeed in daily interactions with people of this culture and origin with confidence. If we know and understand the different value systems, we can avoid intercultural misunderstandings, better endure irritations, adapt our behaviour to the respective culture and thus interact more successfully. We adapt the training to the participants’ contacts and the types of cooperation and are also happy to train both sides - i.e. cultural training for Germany for the colleagues abroad. We can cover many countries and regions through our network of trainers and are happy to search for the right trainer for non-standard requests. Combine your intercultural seminar with the booking of an intensive language course to prepare you for the contact with foreign countries or your assignment abroad. Contact us and we will create an individual support package.

Training mode and locationThe training takes place either online, at your company or in our seminar rooms. A hotel or a special location can also be booked. The training, just like the content, is tailored to your needs and your daily work routine. From intensive training, weekly appointments or training sessions on demand, everything is possible - as individual training or in small groups. We will be happy to advise which way is most suitable for your requirements. We always see training as a process with several impulses over a certain period. The initial conversation is the starting point, followed by the main content in blocks or shorter regular appointments. After this input, we follow up with measures to help sustain and develop the new skills: support to put theory into practice, or in-depth training or practical workshops help implement and anchor as much as possible of the theoretical content - here, too, we will be happy to advise you on the right ways and means for you.
